NEW SOUTH WALES GOVERNMENT AMBULANCE, silver 10 Years Long Service Medal, reverse inscribed, 'Kurri Kurri/P.Grainger/1952'. Dark toned, very fine.

Kurri Kurri Ambulance was a branch of the Cessnock-Kurri Kurri Ambulance in the Hunter mining region of New South Wales. Initially it operated from Kurri Kurri Hospital but from January 1952 it operated from its own building at Weston.
