CAPTAIN JAMES COOK R.N., 1770-1970, award plaque in bronze (irregular shaped 73x120mm), fitted to a shoe heel shaped timber base with a copper plate at the front inscribed with the words, 'Presented by/The Captain Cook Bi-Centenary/Celebrations Citizens Committee'. Some marks on the base, the award plaque nearly uncirculated.
