McDonald Wallace Scott Wilkins, clerk, age 22, born Wickham, NSW; Enl.04May1916, Emb.30May1916, promoted to Lieut 25Oct1916, RTA 06Sep1919. Served in A.A.S.C.

Together with gold fob (9ct, 8.9g, 41x33mm) with loop mount, inscribed on reverse 'To/Lieut W.Wilkens/on his return/from the War/from Citizens/of Waratah/1919', initials 'W.W' on shield overlay on obverse; another in gold and enamel (9ct, 12.5g, 29x36mm) with loop mount, initials 'M.W' on obverse, inscribed on reverse 'Presented to/M.Wilkins/As a token of esteem/from his Comrades/at Fort Macquarie/on his/resigning the Service/1927'.
