A UNITED EMPIRE, What We Have We'll Hold, WWI badge in voided gilt and enamel (31.5mm),by H.White Manufacturing Co Ltd, pin-back, features a crowned 'Union Flag' with applied 'British Bulldog', set on a fretted rose each petal depicting the representative symbol of the 'Commonwealth of Nations', Australia - Kangaroo, New Zealand - Moa, Canada - Beaver, and India - Elephant. Nearly uncirculated and scarce.
