MCA WELCOME HOME, tribute fob, unusual in bronze (29x28.5mm), no maker, ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'To/Sgt.H.W.Dransfield./from the M.C.A./as a token of esteem/for Duty done during/The Great War/1914-1918'. Toned, good very fine.
Presumably this has been issued by an association in Maitland where Henry Dransfield was a resident.
