(First Aid Nursing Yeomanry), Women's Transport Service, hat badge in voided gilt bronze, with two lugs on back; also buttons for New Zealand Railways, Fire Brigade and Military (5, four large, one small), note two by A.Levy, Wellington and one by W.Strange & Co Ltd, Christchurch. Very fine - good very fine. (6)

One highly decorated member of the F.A.N.Y. was New Zealand born Nancy Wake who joined the French Resistance and the Special Operations Executive.
