BIRTH CERTIFICATE, 1857, for Elizabeth Sarah Halliwell, handwritten in ink on blue paper, born to Thomas and Elizabeth Halliwell on 19th April 1857 at Chilwell and registered at Geelong on 25th July 1857, and duly signed. Folds, a few small holes and loss of paper and a few small splits at edges, otherwise fine for an early Australian document.
