WWII, letters of correspondence and love, between Naval Officer, Engineer Lieutenant Douglas Thomson Jenkins and his wife Frederika Jenkins, beginning December 1941 until his safe return in September 1946, indicating the ships he served on over this time, the 'Nile', 'Swan', 'Hobart' and 'Katoomba' and in the original envelopes with stamps of the time and censor stamped. A lovely insight into the life of a service man and his wife through WWII, housed in a small box and very fine. (58)
