WORLD MEDALS, includes Belgium, Edouard Remy, 50th Anniversary of Foundation of Factory at Wygmael, 1855-1905, in bronze (50mm); France, Universal Exposition of Paris, 1855, Medal of Honour to Alexander father & son, in gilt bronze (45mm), reverse with a series of short lines in various patterns, probably for securing to a winning exhibit display; another for Amiens Industrial Society, Founded 1861, award medal in bronze (36mm), edge impressed with 'image of acorn/Bronze' (this double struck), reverse inscribed, 'Mr./M.Demarcy/1909'; Greece, Macedonia award medal in bronze (46mm), obverse, naked rider on horse to left in ancient Greek style, reverse, columns, leaf sprays, ribbons and wreaths with provision in centre for naming details; Sweden, Stockholm Arts and Industries Exhibition, 1866, in white metal (44mm), by Lea Ahlborn. Very good - good very fine. (5)
