BAKTRIA, Greco-Baktrian Kingdom, Diodotos I, (c.255-235 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, 27mm, (16.62 g), struck in the name of Diodotos II, Mint B (possibly Baktra), obv. Diademed head right of Diodotos II, doted border, rev. Zeus Bremetes advancing left, with thunderbolt, to inner left, wreath above eagle standing left, to left **DIODOTOU* to right **BASILEWS*, (S.7498, Holt Series B, Group 1, Bopearachchi 6B, SNG ANS 88, HGC 12, 22[S]). Toned, nearly very fine, very scarce.
