STRAITS SETTLEMENTS - SINGAPORE, Promissory Note for three thousand nine hundred and fifty Spanish dollars dated 30th July 1908 and due on 30th October 1908, bearing interest at 15 per cent per annum after due date, impressed two dollars duty and purple two dollars Straits stamp top left corner, an early Singapore promissory note denominated in Spanish dollars. Centre fold and quarter folds, "$2" in pencil top left otherwise, good very fine.
