Zeus head right, rev. eagle left on thunderbolt, open wings, (cf.S.7779); Ptolemy III, (246-222 B.C.), AE 20, obv. bust of Ptolemy III, laureate right, wearing aegis, rev. eagle standing left on thunderbolt, filleted cornucopiae in right field, (S.7823, Sv.1000; SNG Cop. 192-5) (illustrated ex CNG eSale 149, [lot 123]); another AE 15, rev. cultus-statue of Aphrodite, (S.7824, Sv.1008); Ptolemy IV, (221-204 B.C.), AE 38, obv. Zeus head right, rev. eagle closed wings, looking back, with cornucopiae on shoulder, E between legs, (S.7843, Sv.974, SNG Cop.226); another similar AE 35, obv.
