MAURETANIA, Juba II, with Kleopatra Selene, (25 B.C. - A.D. 24), silver denarius, 17mm, (2.83 g), Caesarea mint., struck circa 20 B.C. - A.D. 24, obv. Diademed head of Juba right, REX IVBA around, rev. headdress of Isis and sistrum, across BACI**L*ICCA, K**LEOPATRA*, (S.6003, Muller III, 90; SNG Cop.570). Near extremely fine, very scarce.

Ex Dr L.J.Sherwin Collection bought 1 October 1987 from J.Anderson (Martin Daniel), Sydney.
