GETA, (A.D.209-212), issued as Caesar 208, silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.35 g), obv. P. SEPTIMIVS GETA CAES, bust draped to right, rev. around PONTIF COS II, Geta sacrificing left out of a patera, (S.7189, RIC 62b, RSC 119). Old cabinet toning with blue and gold patina, extremely fine and scarce.
