GALERIUS MAXIMIAN, (305-311), AE folles, London mint, issued 300-3 (9.62 g), obv. laureate bust, draped and cuirassed of Maximian to right, around MAXIMIANVS NOB CAES, rev. around GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius standing left, (S.14344, RIC 15) (illustrated); another as Augustus, Antioch mint, (9.46 g), rev. similar, S in right field, ANT in exergue, (cf.S.14548), another Alexandria mint (7.49 g), rev. similar GENIO IMPERATORIS around, with K in left field, B/P in right field, ALE in exergue, (S.14524). Very fine - extremely fine. (3)
