MICHAEL VII DUCAS, (1071-1078 A.D.), silver 2/3 miliaresion, 21mm, (1.20 g), Constantinople mint, obv. Virgin orans standing facing, rev. Crowned facing bust of Michael, holding long cross and sword; pellet in field beneath emperor's elbow, (S.1873 [miliaresion], DOC III, 7 [miliaresion]). Fine, flan crack and with wavy flan.
