VANDALS, Gelimer, (530-534), silver 500 Nummi or 50 Denarii 13mm, (0.95 g), Carthage mint, obv.D N REX G EILAMIR, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, rev.D N/L in two lines across field, cross above, all within wreath), (Hahn, Wertsystem 8, BMC Vandals 26; MEC 1, 26); another AE half follis or 21 Nummi, 20mm, 10.22 g), obv. KART [HAGO], soldier standing left, rev. horsehead to left, XXI in exergue, (MIB I 23; MEC 1, 46); together with a worn half follis of Maurice Tiberius, Thessalonica mint, (DOC 509). Very good - nearly fine, several rare. (3)
