Griffin seated to right with raised foreleg, NV between legs, rev. incuse square of rough form, (cf.S.3512, Balcer [SNR 1968, Vol.47], Group II No.8 obv. die A8, rev. die P11, Boston Brett 1936, Noble Numismatics Sale 103 [lot 3515] same dies). Toned, very fine and very rare.
