NORTH AFRICA, Kyrenaica, Kyrene, (c.308-277 B.C.), AE 22, (7.98 g), Koinon issue, obv. head of Zeus Ammon with diadem to right, dotted border, rev. KOI NON across a silphium plant, (cf.S.6332, SNG Cop. 1280, BMC 15, cf.Roma Auction 66, 9.1.2020 [realised £180] and CNG eSale 444 [lot 238] realised US $320). Toned, brown patina, nearly very fine and scarce.
