DIAMOND DRESS RING, features dual patterns each with approx 0.20 carat brilliant round cut diamonds each surrounded by eleven smaller diamonds and with two small diamonds between the dual patterns, all knob claw set on a plain gold band (14ct; tot wt 3.40g). Extremely fine.
