BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES, one pound, issued at Sydney, April 1, 1876, (18 printed), No.A/3 68971, hand signed by Manager George James and entered by J.H. Potts, with imprint in centre of bottom, 'Charles Skipper & East, London' (Vort-Ronald, p.67-85 on bank, and similar note illustrated as Fig.82). Folds and creases, hole in frame uneven edges, with some aging tone, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.
