PHOCAS, (602-610), gold tremissis, (1.49 g), Constantinople mint, Class III, issued 607-610, obv. diademed, draped and cuirassed bust to right, around D N FOCAS PER AVG, rev. cross potent, around VICTORI FOCAS AVG, in exergue CONOB, (S.633, DOC 18, BMC33-34). Slightly wavy flan, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
