ANCIENT NEAR EAST, Syro-Hittite, 2nd millennium B.C., double headed terracotta figure, flat backed with eyes formed as domes with round recesses, the headdress and necklaces separately applied and both with a detailed shoulder and arm and combined into a single body extending to a flattened base, (230mm high). Very fine and complete.
