1902 PROOF MAUNDY SET, Edward VII, 1901-1910. S-3985, ESC-3608, Davies 1610 (N). 4 coins with plain edge. 4d 1.89g, 3d 1.41g, 2d 0.93g and 1d 0.45g. Reverse - Imperial crown above numeral value, which splits the date; near the rim, two oak branches form a wreath tied by a ribbon at the base. This set is atypical for the series in that it is readily distinguished from the regular maundy of the year due to its enhanced matte finish. Well matched even grey toned, FDC. (4)
