NEPAL, Shah Dynasty, Prithvi Vira Vikrama, (SE 1803-1833, A.D. 1881-1911), set of 3 tokens: 12, 14 and 16 Paisa nd. (1902) iron and brass (KM.Tn1-Tn3); together with a milled blank ring with engraved text. Extremely fine. (4)

Ex Mark E. Freehill Collection.

Lot includes a written text explaining these tokens as being used by workers in building the king's palace. A similar set of three tokens was sold by Heritage Auctions Europe, MPO Auction No.38, 15 May 2013 (lot 3452) for 150 Euros.
