GALBA (A.D. 68-69), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. June-August 68, (9.25 g), obv. laureate head of Galba to right, around SER GALBA IMP CAES AVG TR P, rev. Aquila (legionary eagle) between two signa, (standards), all set on galley prows, (S.2137, RIC 304, BMC 156, C.143). Dark green patina, good very fine/very fine, rare in this condition.
