GALLIENUS, (A.D. 253-268), billon antoninianus Cologne mint, issued 257-8 A.D., (3.79 g), obv. radiate bust to right draped and cuirassed, around GALLIENVS P F AVG, rev. around VICT GERMANICA, Victory running to right, holding wreath and trophy, and tramples on German captives at her feet, (S.10378, RIC 44, RSC 1060). Toned with traces of golden patination, good very fine and scarce.
