S-C across fields, (S.4636, RIC 1155, C.29) (illustrated); Egypt, Kingdom of, Ptolemy IX to Ptolemy XII. (116-51 B.C.), AE 20, (8.21 g), Alexandreia(?) Mint, obv. diademed head of Zeus Ammon to right, rev. Two eagles with their wings closed standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopia to left, around **BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU*, (SNG Copenhagen 311-4, cf.Lorber & Faucher Series 6E); Greek issue, rev. club; another provincial AE issue, possibly Marcus Aurelius; a copy of an Alexander III drachm.
