PAIR: British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. Lieut. E.W.Cornish A.I.F. Both medals impressed although there appears to be some adjustments to both medals at the rank area, possibly to fix an error by the medal naming section. No ribbons, very fine.

The only officer with the initials E.W. was Edward Warhurst Cornish but he was promoted to the rank of Captain, and decorated with a Military Cross and Bar. He was also entitled to a 1914-15 Star.
