GROUP OF SIX: 1939-45 Star; Africa Star; Pacific Star; Defence Medal 1939-45; War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45. A.B.Doyle R.A.N. All medals impressed. Court mounted, the first three medals loose, otherwise good very fine.

Appt'd CBE 11May1937; also awarded Jubilee Medal 1935.

In Doyle's service record there is no indication that he served in the Middle East or in the Pacific during WWII so the inclusion of the Africa Star and the Pacific Star medals in the above group appear to be incorrect.
