REUGE A SAINTE-CROIX, Switzerland, gold plated keyless wind musical automaton open face pocket watch, c.1980, 7-jewel manual wind, pin barrel musical movement, white dial, black Arabic numerals, black outer minute divisions, gilt Breguet style hands, centre seconds, further black alarm hand, set within pastoral scene with gilt automata depicting a falconer raising and lowering his arm, a horse drinking from a trough and a lady operating a water pump, polished hinged case, engraved foliate reverse with musical instruments, crown at 11 for alarm setting, reeded band, snap on cuvette numbered 3376, signed on cuvette and dial, with key, in custom case. Extremely fine and rare.
