HAMPDEN & HEYTESBURY PASTORAL & AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY, 1882, a group of medals awarded to J & P Manifold, includes silver award medal (38mm) by Stokes & Martin, Melbourne, inscribed on reverse 'J & P Manifold/First Prize For/Long Woolled Ram/4 Tooth Fed'; bronze medals (3) (38mm) by Stokes & Martin, inscribed on reverse 'J & P Manifold/Second Prize/for/Long Woolled Ewe/6 or 8 tooth Grass-fed'; another 'J & P Manifold/Second Prize For/Five Fat Longwoolled/Wethers'; another, 'J & P Manifold/Second Prize For/Merino Ewe/2 or 4 Tooth; all medals inscribed around edge 'Camperdown 25 Oct 1882'. Bronze medals cleaned, two have had mounts removed, edge bumps, good - very fine. (4)
