THE HONORARY JUSTICES ASSOCIATION OF VICTORIA, fob medal in gold and enamel (15ct; 7.81g; 22mm), scroll and ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'R.J.Sillitoe./Central/1929/Bailwick'. Good very fine.

Councillor R.J.Sillitoe, a real estate auctioneer, was the mayor of Sandringham Council in 1937-1938 and 1949-1950.
