BOIOTIA, Boiotian League, Federal Coinage, Thebes, (395-387 B.C.), silver stater, (12.20 g), obv. Boeotian shield, rev. amphora with letters BO I**W* either side, club to left, (cf.S.2395, BCD 17 [Triton IX This Coin], SNG Fitz 2960, Weber 3300, Traite III, 369; HGC 4, 1163). Lightly toned, nearly extremely fine, rare.
