DOMITIAN, (81-96 A.D.), AE As (10.45 g), Rome Mint, struck in 86, obv. IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM COS XII CENS [PER P P], laureate bust right, wearing aegis, rev. S C across field, Mars advancing left, holding Victory and trophy, (cf.S.2789, RIC II.1 496, BMC 392). Dark brown patina, weak in parts good very fine, scarce.
