ANTONINUS PIUS, (A.D. 138-161), silver denarius, Rome Mint, issued 148, (3.09 g), obv. ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XII, laureate head to right, rev. COS IIII around, emperor togate standing left, holding patera over tripod altar, (cf.S.4076, RIC 183, RSC 304). Toned, good very fine with an attractive portrait, scarce.
