M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXIII, head radiate to right, rev. around SALVTI AVG COS III, S C in field, Salus standing to left, holding sceptre and patera, feeding snake rising from an altar, (S.5042, RIC 965, C.551). Dark even attractive patination, extremely fine, scarce.
