VALERIAN JUNIOR (II), son of Gallienus, (256-258 A.D.), billon antoninianus, Issued 251-253 A.D., Eastern field Mint, (3.50 g), obv. radiate bust draped and cuirassed to right, of Valerian seen slightly from behind, P LIC COR VALERIANVS CAES around, rev. VICTORIA PART around, Victory standing right holding palm and presenting a wreath to Valerian II in military attire, holding globe and spear, (S.10742, RIC 54, RSC 97). Very fine and rare.
