MESOPOTAMIA, Singara, Gordian III (238-244 A.D.), Bronze AE 26 mm, (12.54 g), obv. around AVTOK M ANT **G*ORD*IANOC CEB, radiate head to right, rev. [AVP] CE**P KOL* CIN**G*ARA, turreted and draped bust of Tyche right, above, the centaur Sagittarius to right, discharging bow, (S.3791, BMC p.134, 1 [Pl.XIX 1], SNG Cop.255). Slightly off centred on reverse, otherwise good very fine.
