Coy A.I.F. on second medal, NX48182 F.Clark on third medal, NX202185 C.H.Helyar on fourth medal, and N393792 W.D.Dooley. on fifth medal, last medal unnamed. Six single medals, without ribbons or ribbon damaged except for last medal, second medal heavily pitted, otherwise poor - uncirculated.
NX48182 Pte Frederick Clark 2/18th Bn was POW No.15116 in Japanese POW Camp Fukuoka No.26 in the Japanese city of Fukuoka. He was taken prisoner following the battalions failed part in the defence of Singapore.
