TRIO: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. 3525 Pte. C.H.Miller. 7 F.Amb. A.I.F. All medals impressed. First two ribbons damaged, toned very fine.

Together with King's Silver War badge, reverse numbered A94148; Returned from Active Service badge AIF (KC), reverse numbered C11559; riband for trio.

Charles Hastings Miller, carpenter's labourer, age 35, born at Carlton, Melbourne, Vic; Enl.22Mar1915 at Brisbane, Qld, in 7F Amb, with previous service in R A Engineers, discharged 15Feb1915 to enlist in AIF; Emb.24May1915; to 101 AGH 11Jul1915; to 7F Amb 24Jul1915; to 2 Aust Ammun Sub Park 10Sep1916; Rtn to 7F Amb 21Sep1916; to 4 AMG Coy as Amb Detail 01Sep1917; Rtn to 7F Amb 27Sep1917; RTA 25Feb1919; to hospital at Capetown with pneumonia and dangerously ill 20Mar1919; Discharged from hospital 28May1919 to RTA; Disch.16Sep1919 Medically Unfit.
