Perth 30 Years Medal 1965-1995. 34761 R.B.Robinson. on first two medals, R.B.Robinson R34761 on third and fifth medals, PO R.B.Robinson R34761 R.A.N. on fourth medal, R.B.Robinson R 34761 on sixth medal, Endorsed By The City Of Sydney R34761 R.B.Robinson on seventh medal, R.B.A. Robinson R34761 on last medal. First four medals appear to be impressed, fifth medal engraved and sixth to ninth medals pantograph engraved. The first five medals swing mounted and the last three unofficial medals also swing mounted, the first and second medals with bubbly spotted surface, otherwise fine - extremely fine.

Together with a matching swing mounted set of miniatures for the five official medals and the South Vietnam Medal in this set has the 60- clasp; a swing mounted set of miniatures for the three unofficial medals; case to hold the mounted trio and also a dedication card for The Australian Logistic Support Forces Medal with details of its issue.

Raymond Bruce Robinson, born 30Jul1927 at Belmore, Sydney, NSW; joined RAN 10Apr1947 at Port of Sydney and in the trade of Photographer; served on various ships including service in Korea on HMAS Sydney as Leading Seaman 31Aug1951 to 22Feb1952 and service in Vietnam as CPO Radar Plot on HMAS Sydney 27May to 26Jun1965, 14Sep to 20Oct1965, 22Apr to 18May1966, 25May to 11Jun1966, and HMAS Perth 14Sep1970 to 08Apr1971; appt'd PO 01Apr1953 and CPO 10Feb1961; file notes award of Korea and UN Korea Medals 07Oct1953; term of engagement expired 29Jul1971.
