GREAT BRITAIN, 17th (Leicestershire) Regiment of Foot, c1830s, officer's shoulder belt plate in gilt and white metal, probably silver, the gilt backing plate with matt finish. Extremely fine.

The 17th Regiment of Foot served in Australia in New South Wales, Tasmania and Queensland 1830-36.
