SWORD/BAYONET, French Chassepot bayonet with ribbed brass handgrip 'Yataghan' style blade, crosspiece impressed '8735'. Some oxidation to blade and considerable oxidation to metal scabbard and other metal parts except brass handgrip, otherwise very good.
