JAPANESE MIDGET SUBMARINE SOUVENIR, a small piece of copper pipe (15mm long) attached to the official Royal Australian Navy printed descriptive label stating. ' A Guaranteed Souvenir from the Japanese Midget Submarine Sunk in Sydney Harbour, Sunday, May 31st, 1942. (signed in fascimile by the) Rear-Admiral in Charge, Sydney (dated) July 30 1942. Proceeds to R.A.N. Relief Fund & King George's Fund for Sailors'. Very fine and scarce.
