GEORGE VI, gold proof four coin set, 1937, five pounds, two pounds, sovereign and half sovereign (S.4074-4077). In red leather case of issue, gold blocked on outside of lid with Royal cypher, 'Specimen Coins/1937', Royal Mint logo on inside, three spaces with marks where ribbon has torn away, coins impaired from being in case, the five pounds with some edge filing, sovereign with hairline, nearly FDC.
