In red case of issue, gold block on outside of lid 'United Kingdom/Gold Proof Sovereign/Four Coin Collection', Royal Mint logo on inside, with gold plated medallion with Royal Crown on obverse, Chinese Lunar dog symbol on reverse, certificate No 0553, FDC.
