TRIO: China War Medal 1900; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19. Gunr J.Creber, R.N., H.M.S. Bonaventure on first medal, Lieutenant James Creber R.A.N. on second medal, Lieut. James Creber. R.A.N. on last medal. All medals impressed. Display mounted, toned nearly extremely fine.

James Creber, born 02Aug1857 at Twilley, Devon, England; joined RAN 01Jul1913 at rank of Lieutenant; Naval Ordnance Officer at Naval Ordnance Depot, Spectacle Island as recorded on 08Oct1913; to Lt-Commander 06Apr1919; Retired 30Jan1923 and placed on Retired List as Commander 31Jan1923, later removed from Retired List for non report.^^With copy of Service File.
