GERMANY, WWII, Austrian made razor sharpening tool by Siemens, in hinged-lid bakelite case (approx 60x35x28mm), together with instruction sheet written in German. Very fine.

To operate the blade was placed in the device, then the box was closed and the cord was pulled backward and forward to sharpen the blade.
