Recommended for Military Medal 17/9/1916 but not awarded.

Awarded Meritorious Service Medal: LG 18/1/1919, p939; CAG No.67 3/6/1919, p939 - to 932 Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant W. Milburn in recognition of valuable services rendered with the Armies in France and Flanders.
